DST is not compatible with 32 bit systems. It works on both Mac & Windows machines running 64bit.

Check your download link and run the dst.pkg file. The dst.exe is for windows & dst.pkg is for mac.
Your Serial number is in your email. It came with the order confirmation and download link. You can also find it any time in your License Dashboard.
If you are missing yours, please first check spam, then try the dashboard, then reach out to support with your order number and details.
First check you have copied the correct serial. We recommend copy and paste. You will need an active internet connection.

Yes you will need an active internet connection to activate your copy of DST.
Each license works with 2 computers. If you've used both activations and need to switch to a new computer, you can remove an old activation yourself in your License Dashboard — no need to wait on support.
