These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") apply to the website https://future.audio (the "Site") owned and operated by Future Audio ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Site for violating any of the prohibited conduct described in these Terms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SITE OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

  5. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

  6. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

  7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Company with respect to the use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Company with respect to the Site.
